What we collect

When you request your diagnosis we collect your first and last name, email address and company name, and optionally your role and company website. We also store your 20 assessment responses, the diagnosis generated from them, the date and time of submission, and whether you chose to receive marketing emails.

While you are answering, your responses are kept only in your browser. They are sent to us when you submit the details form.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and show your personalized diagnosis, send you a copy by email, follow up about your results and a possible debrief, and improve the diagnostic. If you tick the marketing box we will also send practical growth insights and invitations to SVK workshops. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

We also count anonymous steps in the diagnostic (for example, how many people start or finish it). These counts contain no names, emails or answers.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Your information is stored in a secured database hosted by our application provider (Lovable Cloud). Only authorized SVK & Associates team members can view submissions. Diagnosis emails are sent through our email delivery provider. If you agree, your contact details and diagnostic priority may also be shared with our customer relationship management system (Apollo.io) so we can manage follow-up.

How long we keep it

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing permission, by emailing info@svkassociates.com. We will respond within 30 days.
